He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He is an HR Enthusiast. He started his career with US based consulting firm – Deloitte as an HR Manager overseeing HR practices from recruitment to learning & development, employee engagement to performance reviews for a team of over 5000 people.
After having worked in the corporate sector, he established Train Place in 2016 with an aim of enhancing skilling in the predominantly unorganized blue collar sector. His belief was to bridge the gap between an individual and their best potential job. He affiliated Train Place with various government organizations, opened a training center in NCR Delhi and worked relentlessly building relationships with top MNC’s to get jobs for the right talent while building the right Human resources for the organization.
His leadership skills and great networking values can be seen as the glue that ties everyone together.
He has 33 years of experience in Indian Army, 11 GR, and 8 years’ experience in G4S as Head of Operations. He is an industry veteran and leader in Operations. He brings with him rich and practical experience of General administration, systems and operations and has handled team of over 5000 people in India and abroad. He is a mentor in all respects for Train Place.
He has 29 years of experience in Indian Army and 8 years’ experience in Training & Development. He is a qualified Master Trainer with NSDC. He brings with him rich and practical experience of security training. He is the backbone of our training an skill development field of business.
