Eresh Sabharwal

Chief Executive Officer

An MBA graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur, he began his career with Deloitte as an HR Manager, overseeing recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement, and performance reviews for a team of over 5,000. At Train Place, he led affiliations with government organizations, established a training center in NCR Delhi, and forged strong relationships with top MNCs to secure job placements and develop human resources. His leadership and networking skills are the cohesive force driving success.

Col. Amit Kumar

Chief Operating Officer

With 33 years in the Indian Army, 11 GR, and 8 years as Head of Operations at G4S, he is a veteran leader in operations. He brings extensive experience in general administration, systems, and operations, managing teams of over 5,000 globally. He serves as a mentor at Train Place.

Radhika Agarwal

Director, Workforce Management

With 21 years in HR across Logistics, Retail, and Services sectors, she excels in streamlining HR functions, from talent acquisition to compliance and payroll. Her leadership has driven teams to deliver successful, customized solutions, enhancing workforce optimization.

Col. Harjinder Singh

Director, Training & Development

With 29 years in the Indian Army and 8 years in Training & Development, he is a qualified Master Trainer with NSDC. He brings extensive experience in security training and is the backbone of our training and skill development business.
